The 2018 vintage was a perfect growing year due to idyllic weather conditions. The growing season was consistent fostering even ripening, resulting in complex and balanced flavor development. Our Pinot Grigio is sourced from selected vineyards in Northern California.
90% Pinot Grigio, 10% French Colombard
Our Pinot Grigio grapes were whole-cluster pressed on the same day they were picked. The juice was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve the delicate fruit aromas, and each vineyard lot was kept separate until blending and bottling.
Consistent with past vintages, our Italian-style Pinot Grigio exhibits aromas of apricot and Meyer lemon with delicate flavors of fresh white peach. Our 2018 vintage has refreshingly zesty citrus notes, lively texture, and the excellent balance we love in Pinot Grigio. Our goal is to make a lower alcohol wine with aromatics and a refreshing finish which can accompany a beautiful summer day or a nice seafood dinner.
aCRISP Chardonnay was grown in vineyards located in the cool climates of Northern California. Our 2017 Chardonnay is bursting with aromas of lemon zest followed by subtle undertones of stone fruits. Bright tangerine and citrus zest come through on the palate giving the vibrant acidity subtle layers of mineral that linger in the clean but lengthy finish.

The Lodi appellation is best known for its unique style of Zinfandel. Lodi’s micro-climate of warm days and cool nights is a direct product of the region’s proximity to the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay. Similar to a Mediterranean climate, it provides a perfect setting for growing concentrated and lush grape clusters.
