Estate Chef Mercedes Stahlberger devises eclectic pairings for our collection of wines. She creates artisanal menu items made with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. Stahlberger’s farm-to-table "California comfort" style is the ideal approach for Luna’s mix of contemporary meets old world style.
